To establish Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRC) capabilities and to further expand into corporate and tax services in Asia, Tricor has completed its acquisition of the Malaysia operations of Axcelasia Inc. (“Axcelasia”). It is an integrated professional services firm delivering GRC solutions, corporate, business, and tax services. We are excited to integrate Axcelasia’s corporate services and business support services into the Tricor Malaysia team, making Tricor one of Malaysia’s largest providers of corporate services to international and Malaysian corporations.
